Excellent product, but they often arrive as one giant clump of bears. The bag thing is that you then have to "peel" them apart, often times breaking the bears. That results in a poor looking product. Once in a while they arrive fine but most of the time they seem like they are just slightly melted together in one 10lb clump. Wish they could somehow avoid this from happening because it is a great product but thinking about not selling them because of this.
