Sometimes called the “candy” of Lebanon Bologna, Double Smoked Sweet Lebanon Bologna was developed to celebrate Seltzer's 100th anniversary. This old-fashioned, sweet Lebanon Bologna is smoked for three days, cooled and re-smoked for an additional half day. Combined with the traditional Seltzer’s spice blend and some added brown sugar, this extra smoking treatment results in an exceptionally delicious smoky-sweet treat.
