I've gotten so many negative comments and complaints/returns on this item. For some reason, this product is always 1) Harder/not as fresh 2) lighter in color and 3) not as visually appealing as others I have seen and tried. Often times the coconut pieces are hard and the black rockies pieces are gooey and leave marks on all of the lighter colored pieces. I've carried this product for a long time but have received so many complaints lately and 3 returns this year that I just cannot trust it any longer.
