BFI instant Oatmeal is the perfect complete mix to make an easy crisp topping. You can use all four berry types or pick a blend of your favorites in this versatile crisp recipe. Be sure to have whipped cream or vanilla ice cream on hand to serve.
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cups Triple Berry Instant Oatmeal
- 1-6 oz fresh blue berries
- 1-6 oz fresh red raspberries
- 1 – 21 oz can cherry pie filling
Instructions
- PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
- Combine fresh berries and pie filling in a medium bowl. Stir berry mixture gently until ingredients are evenly combined. Pour berry mixture into a 9 x 9-inch baking dish. Set aside berry mixture.
- Melt butter in a medium bowl. Add Triple Berry Instant Oatmeal. Blend with a fork until well combined. Top prepared berry mixture with oatmeal crisp topping.
- BAKE for 40 minutes or until top is well browned and juices are bubbly. Let Cool for 5-10 minutes.
- SERVE warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
