Ingredients
- CRAB FRIES:
- 8-10oz prepared crab meat (snow crab, back fin crab or artificial crab)
- 20-28oz Beer Batter French fries, homemade or frozen and cooked according to directions
- 1 Tbsp Chesapeake Bay seasoning (SKU 109104)
- 2oz feta, crumbled
- 2-4 spring onions, diced
- 1 jalapeno or pepper of choice, diced
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- ½ cup crispy bacon, chopped
- Lemon wedges, to garnish
- GARLIC AIOLI:
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp of garlic paste
- ½ tsp salt
- Juice from ½ lemon
Instructions
- FOR THE GARLIC AIOLI:
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic paste, salt, and lemon juice until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- TO ASSEMBLE THE LOADED CRAB FRIES:
- Make the French fries, either the homemade method recipe or according to the directions for store bought frozen French fries of your choice.
- After fries are cooked, toss with Chesapeake Bay seasoning to taste.
- Top the crispy French fries with the crab meat, feta, spring onions, jalapeno peppers, cilantro, and bacon. Drizzle with the garlic aioli. Garnish with lemon wedges if desired and serve!
