Ingredients
- 1 -16 oz Jar Sweet Fire Tiny Beets (Drained) J445414
- 4 oz Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Place beets and all of the other ingredients in a food processor or high powered blender and process until smooth.
- Goes great with crackers, veggies and pita.
- Some more options for use: slather this dip on some sliced cucumber for a beautiful, simple appetizer. Use as a spread in a veggie sandwich, toss with pasta.
