Ingredients
- 8oz cream cheese
- 8oz sour cream
- ½ cup Buffalo Ranch Dip Mix (SKU 278126)
- 1-10oz can chunk chicken, drained and shredded
- ¼ cup hot wing sauce
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Instructions
- Blend together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add Buffalo Ranch Dip Mix and mix thoroughly.
- Fold in the chicken, hot wing sauce and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese.
- Place mixture in a 1-qt casserole dish, top with remaining ½ cup cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 350°. Top with blue cheese crumbles and green onion if desired.
