Ingredients
- 2 ears of Corn cut into halves or 8 pieces
- 6 small red potatoes, thick sliced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 Tbs butter, melted
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp. Cajun Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- Chopped Parsley or cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Before cooking, marinate everything (corn and potatoes) with all the ingredients in a ziplock bag.
- Create a foil packet for each person. Place mixture in each foil packet. Close packet and place on grill for 20-30 minutes. You’ll know they’re done when your potato slices are tender. Makes 2 serving
