Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup Natural Creamy Coleslaw Dressing Mix (SKU 277203)
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup silvered almonds
- 2 cups carrots, sliced into "matchstick" sized pieces
- 7 cups broccoli florets, chopped
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl thoroughly combine mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, and Coleslaw Dressing Mix. Add raisins and silvered almonds, and mix again.
- Add carrots, broccoli, and bacon to the bowl with the dressing ingredients. Mix until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Simple and Delicious!
