Uncured fully cooked turkey bacon is Godshall's answer to bacon lovers on the go. They start their two step process with all natural turkey thighs and a blend of ingredients which are enhanced by hardwood burning smokehouses. After smoking and chilling, the uncured turkey bacon is then sliced and baked in a dry heat oven. Unlike microwave cooking, this traditional dry heat process produces a carmelized browning effect that unlocks the full experience.
