Our customer (runs a bake shop) was using the Alpine-C Icing Shortening SKU: 248070 with very good results. With switching over to Alpine Soy Flex Icing Shortening, they are having trouble with it because it's thicker and harder - which don't spread well and their icing tubes clogs. They are not happy with it.
